This year we have decided to launch our Breeding Facility in the Netherlands to compliment our existing Reptile Farm and export business in Indonesia.
We believe in ethical farming of reptiles, giving back to local communities where possible.
In our recent past we were the first exporter to find then reproduce and eventually name Varanus macraei successfully breeding them to the F2 generation.
We love our lizards and were also fundamental in bringing Varanus boehmi and Varanus melinus to the pet trade worldwide.
At our breeding facilities in the Netherlands, we supply and breed many unique locality and morph Reticulated Pythons.
For example, The Bacan (the c is pronounced "ch") morph is a new, It originated & was first proved in Indonesia a few years ago.
Although it is very popular in the Indonesian reptile hobbyist and breeder communities the Bacan morph has yet to be seen in breeders’ collections in the US or Europe.
The good news is that the Bacan gene is a co-dominant morph which means that it can be quickly used and brought into breeding projects. The morph itself brightens the overall color to become a brighter more golden color and it also reduces a lot of the side patterns as well giving an overall “glowing effect”.
The most amazing thing about this morph is its super form when two Bacan genes are bred together. They produce what has become known as the “Emeraldo Bacan” which must be one of the most stunning forms of Retic out there!!
